How it works
RepStep plans your next workout from one number per lift: your top set.
Log one top set per lift.
Your top set is your first working set after warm-ups, done fresh. Log its weight and reps. Warm-ups and back-off sets are not logged.
Inside your range: same weight, one more rep.
Reach the top of the range and RepStep picks a heavier weight and starts you back at the bottom: "Last time 215 × 8, top of your range → 230 × 5 today."
Sets come from your plan.
RepStep never adds or removes sets. Change them on the Plan tab.
Bodyweight is 0 lb.
Push-ups, pull-ups, Nordic curls: leave the weight blank or 0. RepStep adds a rep each session; log a harder variation as fewer reps.
Deloads are explained, never enforced.
After four weeks of steady training the dots on Train say a lighter week is due. Your plan never changes.
